All laptop sleeves are printed in the USA. Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC, allowing us to start shipment within 2-5 days after you place your order.
Shipping:
Our processing time is about 2-5 business days. Once the item is ready, it will be shipped out immediately which will take another 2-5 business days depending on location. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
International orders: All international orders usually takes about 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
We welcome returns and exchanges on orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 14 days, we have no further liability.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders will ship out within 2-4 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped using USPS or UPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4-10 business days depending on location. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Jet Set Kit cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Jet Set Kit cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
